Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How long does shipping take?
We prefer to use USPS 2-day priority boxes as often as possible. That means USPS will TRY to get you the package within 2-days and they usually can unless it’s around the holidays or if there is an unusual hang-up. If there is a hang-up, it will be on USPS, not us. We wrap your package as soon as the order is complete and get it to the post office within 24 hours, often much sooner.

Why do we use recycled packing materials?
As part of our commitment to sustainability and our zero-waste policy, we exclusively use recycled packing materials. This practice not only helps us reduce waste but also supports our efforts to protect the environment. We appreciate your understanding and support in our endeavor to make a positive impact on the planet.

Can I take the supplements, medications, and peptides on this site?
We don’t recommend that as off-label use for most supplements and medications is against the law, and all of our supplements and drugs are labeled "for use in animals only," and they were designed to improve the health of your fur babies.

Are all of your supplement's lab-tested and free of pathogens and heavy metals?
YES, we won't sell a supplement, peptide, or non-RX medication unless the manufacturer can provide lab testing or we test it personally.

How do I know which products I can legally or safely give to my animal?
Contact a veterinarian and/or lawyer in your area. Bronco Meds can not legally give you medical advice. We can show you clinical data, anecdotal data, and testimonials of how well our products have worked for others.

I need a product you don’t have for sale; what do I do?
Email our sales staff and see if they can either stock it on the website for you, or make a custom order just for you.

Is it hard to reconstitute a peptide?
No, not at all. You add 200 units of BAC water to the vial unless otherwise directed with a different amount by either clinical literature or your veterinarian's directions. If you can recognize basic numbers, including the number “100,” and pull the plunger on a syringe back to “100,” two separate times, then you can do it.

What’s the best way to store the products I have bought from this website? In particular, what about the off-the-shelf compounds, the peptides, and the supplements?
Peptides are best kept in the fridge and out of direct light. Once a peptide has been reconstituted (that means you have added the BAC water) then it MUST be kept in the fridge.

Never put oil based cattle testosterone in the fridge, that may cause the product to “crash,” don’t worry though, if that happens we can help you fix it. The cattle testosterone is best kept in a cabinet out of direct light and at room temperature.

We also recommend that you keep all of our products high up and out of the reach of children. Many of our supplements and other products are designed for large animals, so they may not be safe for children to digest. Please treat them with the same care you would treat Tylenol or Ibuprofen.
