Zero-sugar Cookie recipe:
Dry:
half cup Stevia
half cup zero-cal brown sugar replacer
half cup cookie protein powder (I used Ghost)
1 cup flour (can replace parts of this with almond flour if you want to have less gluten, but some part of it has to be real flour)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
half teaspoon sea salt or pink salt
1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Wet:
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla protein (Premier Protein)
3 large eggs
1/2 cup softened butter (or quarter cup butter with quarter cup apple sauce to lower calories further)
Mix dry ingredients together, then add the wet ingredients.
Can be baked at 375 for 9-10 minutes, move to cooling rack after 3 minutes post-bake.
Pull them out when they look a little squishy, they taste better that way.
