Muscle Building, Body Fat, and Our Toxic Environment.

Yes, Bronco Meds is a pet pharmacy, so we specialize in animals, but biologically humans are animals. Clinically and anecdotally, biologists, MDs, and other types of scientists are noticing something: Humans are getting fatter and less attractive, and their/our fertility rates are dropping.
A quick web search will let you know that this is happening to every animal, even wild ones. We just don't notice it because most of us don't see wild animals or worry about the fertility rate of the rare tortoise that lives 20 miles away.
Pardon my language, but what the hell is happening here? Why are all of us (humans included) in the greater animal kingdom turning into fat infertile slobs?
The best scientists in the world who are studying this phenomenon have pretty much pinpointed the problem, but no one wants to hear it or admit it. The problem is largely the result of plastics. Plastic leeches into everything, and it's full of chemicals that destroy the hormone profile of animals. If you don't have the correct hormone profile, you gain fat faster and put on muscle slower.
Most people are so used to their peers being weak and fat that they don't even notice it. They think it's normal to have big bellies and little noodle arms; that's not normal, that's not the natural state of a human being.
And this isn't about vanity. Yes, of course, being muscular and thin makes anyone look better, but being muscular and thin also makes you live longer and reduces your chance of contracting every major disease. Now I know someone reading this wants to lie to themselves right now and internally claim they can live as long as a fit person because they had that one fat uncle who lived until he was 80. Don't do that.
Don't risk your life believing a statistical anomaly will apply to you. First of all, it won't. If you lead an unhealthy life, you will die much younger than you need to. Secondly, it's not fun to be fat. It's not fun for a cat or dog to be fat, and it's especially not fun for a human to be fat. Huffing and puffing and farting and having trouble climbing stairs and straining every chair in public as you gross out the people around you, no one really likes that no matter how much they lie to themselves about it.
Even just being mildly overweight is a huge burden. It throws your cholesterol profile off, it lowers your VO2 max (the oxygen in your blood), people assume you are lazy and undisciplined, which you objectively are at least to some extent.
But this blog post is about our poisonous environment screwing us over, not about the dangers of obesity. You are not supposed to be as fat or as unattractive as you are. 10-20% of your excess weight is the result of our toxic environment. So how do you fix that?
Pardon my language, but here's the shitty part: YOU CAN'T.
Your car, your food, your clothes, your drinking water, the water you shower in, the dishes you eat off of, the flour you bake with, all of it has tested positive for chemicals that lower your hormones and cause obesity.
Sure, you can fight the ever-rising tide. You can filter your water, you can limit your exposure to plastic, but you still have to wear clothes, you still have to shower, you still have to enter buildings (most construction supplies that modern buildings are made out of contain PFAS, AKA the Forever Chemicals, they also cause obesity and cancer), you still have to drive your car.
So, what is left? How do we protect your pets, your livestock, your horses? How do we protect you?
Lobby and petition the government to reduce plastic and PFAS use. It doesn't matter what your politics are; that would personally help you, your family, your loved ones, your kids, and their kids. I get that to some of you that reads like hippy-dippy anti-business nonsense; it's not. One of the ways researchers test how chronically poisoned a young baby is (from any species) is they measure the distance between the infant's anus and their genitals. For whatever reason, the more poisoned by microplastics, the closer the anus is to the genitals.
Is that something you want for your grandkids? It's not just the physical side effects that concern me either. Psychologically, having fewer hormones than you are supposed to have turns you into a timid coward. What does it mean if the entire human race is timid cowards?
Okay, so you have contacted your governor, congress, etc. You have started a grassroots organization to stop businesses in your area from poisoning you. What do you do now? You've spent your whole life being poisoned by microplastics, and your body is kind of a dumpy mess, and your lack of hormones has made you timid and afraid of change.
You have to give up your fear; that's step 1. Step 2 is going to be embracing drug use, specifically performance-enhancing drugs and peptides. That one is going to be hard for most of you because you have been propagandized from birth to believe that all of the best medications that make animals the strongest are bad for them. They aren't.
If you've gotten to this site, you should know by now that every attractive celebrity, every model, every athlete, they are all on PEDs (performance-enhancing drugs), and none of them are dying. In fact, they are way healthier than you and they always will be.
I'd go so far as to say the MORE drugs they use, the longer they will live and the more attractive they will be. That's where we are at right now with PED technology. You don't know about it because it's only for celebs, and it's been inaccessible to people like you, until now.
Depending on who or what you are trying to enhance/fix, you'll need a doctor or veterinarian that is friendly to PED users to set you on the right path. We have specialists we know who would love to give away that information freely, but it's been so demonized by mostly fat out-of-shape people (ironically) that doing so and posting that information here would only cause trouble for us. So seek out a medical professional or once again contact your local and federal government representatives and get them to decriminalize some of this stuff.
You shouldn't be worried about going to prison because you want to have more defined abs; we can all agree that's insane, right?
Until next time, Bronco Meds, signing out!
